Music is the key to a thousand emotions. We associate music with the places I have been, the time that we knew and people in our lives. The music is everywhere. There is no denying the effectiveness of music, why not use it to influence our emotions and enhance our personal environment? Soothing music, relaxation music, meditation music … you name it. There is no doubt that we can help shape our environment effectively and can be changed in function or influence our mood.
In today society, where there is radio, television, movies or the Internet, we are exposed to music. The music is all around us, and it is good so important that we have used in almost all companies in the world to sell their products and services. Very often we are completely unaware of the sounds drifting in the shops, speakers, or the impact of drama and action movie soundtrack to an advertisement inserted in the machine. The music is a complex language that can convey any emotion or provoke any reaction from the public. At the same time, the music is simple and intuitive.
We are accustomed to others to use music to influence our emotions and therefore decisions. However, rarely use the benefits of music to help us. Soothing music or relaxation music (also Marketta as music for meditation or yoga to music) can be used to relieve stress, relax after a hard day’s work, and promote good sleep or a house or concentration during yoga meditation. As a composer, the idea of relaxing music fascinated me. For many years I have studied the benefits of music for health and wellness. Music is only part of the relaxation, but may be the key to calm and relax the mind and body.
We can all thank Kristin Cavallari for creating Hollywood’s biggest fame-whoring couple, who will forever be known as Speidi!
While talking with Dan Levy, host of The Hills Aftershow on MTV Canada, Kristin apologized for introducing Heidi Montag to King Douche Spencer Pratt.
“I want to apologize to everybody,” she said. “I had no idea what it would turn into.”
Even though the apology is a little late, at least she’s owning up for her deed. Unfortunately, the world now has to live with it.
Maybe she can finish what she started and break them up before they reproduce? We’re sure MTV could write that into the script!
