Music is the key to a thousand emotions. We associate music with the places I have been, the time that we knew and people in our lives. The music is everywhere. There is no denying the effectiveness of music, why not use it to influence our emotions and enhance our personal environment? Soothing music, relaxation music, meditation music … you name it. There is no doubt that we can help shape our environment effectively and can be changed in function or influence our mood.

In today society, where there is radio, television, movies or the Internet, we are exposed to music. The music is all around us, and it is good so important that we have used in almost all companies in the world to sell their products and services. Very often we are completely unaware of the sounds drifting in the shops, speakers, or the impact of drama and action movie soundtrack to an advertisement inserted in the machine. The music is a complex language that can convey any emotion or provoke any reaction from the public. At the same time, the music is simple and intuitive.

We are accustomed to others to use music to influence our emotions and therefore decisions. However, rarely use the benefits of music to help us. Soothing music or relaxation music (also Marketta as music for meditation or yoga to music) can be used to relieve stress, relax after a hard day’s work, and promote good sleep or a house or concentration during yoga meditation. As a composer, the idea of relaxing music fascinated me. For many years I have studied the benefits of music for health and wellness. Being beautiful may not always work in your favour. This ringed true for Bipasha while she was shooting for her film LAMHAA in Kashmir.

It so happened that during her shoot in Kashmir the security around her was so tight that she was completely surrounded by the men in uniform. With the beauty surrounded by the men, the situation became a bit intimidating for the actress and her discomfiture was quite vivid in her expression.

Sensing the predicament of his actress, the producer of the film Bunty Walia came to Bips rescue and ordered the security to leave her alone.

Speaking about the incident, Walia says, “Actually, it was after a long time that a full fledged shooting of such a large scale was happening in Kashmir. So, the crowds used to gather whenever we went out to shoot. Consequently our security was also beefed up to deal with the swelling crowds that used to throng the sets. On this particular day, when Bipasha was surrounded by security men, I could sense her discomfort at this heightened security blanket around her and had to intervene. Finally, the actress breathed a sigh of relief when the security around her was relaxed.”

LAMHAA is one of the few films that has been shot in Kashmir over the years and is slated to release early next year.

Recently, Lily Allen blogged about how she’s against illegal file sharing and how it damages not only emerging artists but also British music.

Well, apparently she doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about because Illy is part of the problem!

Back when Silly was a nobody and trying to break onto the music scene, she created her own mixtapes that included her music AND other artists, such as Jay-Z, Jefferson Airplane and The Kinks.

In case you didn’t know, that means Illy was and is making music available illegally.

So does that mean we can blame her for damaging British music?

Kristin Cavallari Is Faking It With Justin Bobby, Duh

“Kristin and Sonny are an item, but he knows that she has to pretend to date Justin Bobby if she wants to stay on The Hills. It’s a complicated situation,” an insider says.

Lily Allen Confirms End Of Singing Career!

t was never her music we hated, it was her words and actions! And we’re gonna get A LOT more of that now that Lily Allen is taking time off from music – indefinitely.

The singer has confirmed that she has no plans to tour anymore or record a follow-up to her latest album, It’s Not Me, It’s You.

“I do however remain a fan of new music, so this is not some selfish crusade,” says the retired singer on her new anti-piracy blog. “The days of me making money from recording music has been and gone as far as I’m concerned, so I don’t (at this point) stand to profit from legislation.”

Illy is taking time off to star in the West End production of Neil Labute‘s Reasons To Be Pretty!

As terrible the notion that someone put her in a play, it may be a great casting decision. The lead female role in the show is Steph, a girl who is bat-shiz crazy!

But, she’ll probably pull a Pivert!

You can’t pAArty like that and do 8 shows a week!!

Britney Spears was spotted out grocery shopping at her local Ralph’s back in El Lay on Wednesday before performing at the Staples Center.

Naturally, she was accompanied by her bodyguard and several members of the Ralph’s staff.

Not normal for U or us, but definitely normal for her. Just another day in the life of Brit Brit!

Miley Cyrus had a special guest in the audience at her concert at the Staples Center Tuesday night – her Last Song costar and real-life boyfriend, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth!

That’s right: BOYFRIEND! A source confirmed that the two have been dating now for almost five months and Tuesday night was their debut as a serious couple. They had no problem showing off their PDA at Miley’s super after-show bash at Katsuya, where people say they were very “lovey-dovey.”

Two noticeably absent friends of tween super star were her bestieMandy Jiroux and ex-bf Justin Gaston. Mandy had a concert of her own to play with her band The Beach Girl5 and Justin decided to sulk out there instead of going to Miley’s gig.

Yeah, we wouldn’t want to see our ex smooching with someone twice as handsome and five times more successful than us either. That’s a heartbreaker!
